Interpretation and Definitions
Interpretation
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

- Campaign refer to the Service.
- Orders mean a request by You to start a campaign with us.
- Website refers to Socyio, accessible from www.socyio.com
- You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
Your Order Cancellation Rights
You are not entitled to Cancel Your Order once payment is initiated.

Conditions for Refund
In order to be eligible for a refund, please make sure that you come under these conditions:
In an active campaign after you have made payment.- Influencer misses their work submission deadlines.
- Influencer fails to deliver on desired dates.
- If You are not satisfied with the submitted work by your selected influencer.
- In case of Order Cancelation after payment.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any business that does not meet the above refund conditions in our sole discretion.
